DSL Reports recently published an article that highlights a large, US-based ISP, Comcast, will soon be implementing overage caps on their customer’s internet usage to 250GB/month with 1 free gimmie. Additional bandwidth would be $15/10GB thereafter.

So appearantly the gormet frozen food company Bertolli has a video contest going on and are now voting for the top winners in their competition. A couple of them are very humorous while the other two feature a very talented singer (Bravissimo Bertolli) and a romantic night as a 25 year strong couple (1300 Dinner & Counting VID). My personal favorite was Sidney & Phoebe and their hilarious take on their “people’s” romantic life.
However my vote went off to Bravissimo Bertolli’s performance. She has an incredible voice that the video just did not give justice to.
YOU go ahead and vote and you’ll have the opportunity to have a nice trip up to NYC to premere:
- Airfare to and from New York City
- Transportation to and From the Airport
- Luxury Hotel accommodations for a 2-night stay
- The chance to meet celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito
- Two invitations to the premiere and party where you’ll meet the winners
Hey, it’s free and you’ve handed out your address and phone number to countless web forms in the past, why not give it to a legitimate food company too? =P

Appearantly Microsoft had this to say after Yahoo decided to test Adsense along side their search results:
“Any definitive agreement between Yahoo! and Google would consolidate over 90% of the search advertising market in Google’s hands. This would make the market far less competitive, in sharp contrast to our own proposal to acquire Yahoo! We will assess closely all of our options.”
Hold up… Microsoft is saying that a definitive agreement would consolidate over 90% of Search Advertising… making it far less competitive? And this is coming from a company that has had a monopoly of Operating systems and the Internet Browser Market for how long?

Hey my faithful readers! Hah, right.. After posting about my stacker successes I’ve almost felt as though I can’t post about anything else because those who are subscribed to the blog might be disappointed (or otherwise annoyed) at my other posts. But I will post a couple of things of interest in this post. Well, maybe… Read the rest of this entry »
